The Harvest Cup 2020 Recap – The Year We Didn’t Let Covid Stop Us!

Well, 2020 was certainly an interesting year! With the arrival of Covid-19, a horrible virus that spread throughout the entire world, everyone’s lives changed. People lost their jobs, people weren’t able to see their families, people fought over their opinions about the virus worse than politics… it was a complete shitshow. The DCU Center, the venue where we hold our event each year, was turned into a field hospital. This forced us to cancel our event – originally scheduled for November 14 & 15, 2020 – but we weren’t about to cancel our competition!

Without an event happening, we had to get creative – the awesome folks at The Summit Lounge opened up their doors for us to have a private awards ceremony on the weekend that we should have been having our tradeshow.  The winners list is posted here – congratulations to everyone!
