Vendor Registration

2025 Vendor Booth Pricing

NEW THIS YEAR – Sponsorships are not required when purchasing an End Cap. All sponsorships can be purchased as an add-on when registering for any booth space.
Additional Vendor Lanyards/Booth Passes for Personnel are available for $50 each (pass is good for BOTH days).

Vendors Agree to the Following:

The vendor deals with the decorator and the DCU Center for power and booth extras directly. Contact and pricing info will be provided.

Everyone in booth must be 21+ or 18+ with medical card.

The vendor is responsible for their booth to be set up and broken down on time.

The Harvest Cup is not liable for any loss or injury incurred at the event.

ADDITIONALLY

Cannabis will not be sold in or around the premises of The Harvest Cup event / DCU Center.

The combustion and vaporization of cannabis is not permitted inside the DCU Center.

No loud/live music from booths.

Be safe, responsible, and remain respectful to others at all times.

2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

*All sponsorships are now available as an add-on to ANY booth – you will need to register for your booth space and then add the sponsorship. *

Kick Off Party Sponsor – $2,000

*Kick Off Party sponsor should plan on donating at least 2 different items for the swag bags (200 minimum of each item) and at least one item for the raffle at the party.  Items must be more than simply promotional/marketing materials – suggestions/ideas include magnets, rolling papers, rolling machines, rolling trays, lighters, seeds, pre-rolls, etc.       

  • 4 additional vendor booth passes for weekend
  • Company listing on website listed as Kick Off Party Sponsor with logo
  • Full page ad on inside front cover in The Harvest Cup Program Book
  • Logo inclusion in pre-event digital media campaigns
  • Ability to brand/decorate Kick Off Party with your own promotional materials/tools (banners, giveaways, logos, signs, etc.). Please note – nothing can be taped to the walls!

Kick Off Party Sponsorship can be purchased as an add-on when registering for your booth space.

Show Bag Sponsor - $3,000 OR FREE...

...FREE if you want to purchase the bags yourself and provide us with 1500 (our logo must be on bag)
