The vendor deals with the decorator and the DCU Center for power and booth extras directly. Contact and pricing info will be provided.
Everyone in booth must be 21+ or 18+ with medical card.
The vendor is responsible for their booth to be set up and broken down on time.
The Harvest Cup is not liable for any loss or injury incurred at the event.
Cannabis will not be sold in or around the premises of The Harvest Cup event / DCU Center.
The combustion and vaporization of cannabis is not permitted inside the DCU Center.
No loud/live music from booths.
Be safe, responsible, and remain respectful to others at all times.
*Kick Off Party sponsor should plan on donating at least 2 different items for the swag bags (200 minimum of each item) and at least one item for the raffle at the party. Items must be more than simply promotional/marketing materials – suggestions/ideas include magnets, rolling papers, rolling machines, rolling trays, lighters, seeds, pre-rolls, etc.
