Perks for Competitors, Judges, and Previous Year’s Winners!

Can you believe The Harvest Cup 2018 is less than 5 months away already?  Those of us behind the scenes have been hard at work ever since the doors closed on our 2017 event, and we expect this year to be even bigger and better than last year!  We will have more vendors, live painting, a complimentary “spa” area, and more!

Here are the perks offered to our competitors, judges, vendors, and last year’s winners:

Competitors:    One (1) complimentary VIP ticket for The Harvest Cup, which includes access to the Kick Off party Friday night and admission to the event both days, for each PAID SUBMISSION/ENTRY into The Harvest Cup competition with the option to purchase one (1) additional ticket to the Kick Off party at a cost of $35.00.  Competitors will also receive a lanyard identifying them as “Competitor – The Harvest Cup 2018”.

Judges:    One (1) complimentary VIP ticket for The Harvest Cup, which includes access to the Kick Off party Friday night and admission to the event both days with the option to purchase one (1) additional ticket to the Kick Off party at a cost of $35.00; Judges packs with products to sample; Judges Party week before event, additional perks in the form of product. Judges will also receive a lanyard identifying them as a Judge.  Judges have already been chosen and notified.

2017 Winners: One (1) complimentary VIP ticket for The Harvest Cup, which includes access to the Kick Off party Friday night and admission to the event both days with the option to purchase one (1) additional ticket to the Kick Off party at a cost of $35.00; T-shirt identifying them as “WINNER – The Harvest Cup 2017”.  If you have not yet touched base with Jenn regarding this, please send her an email here.

Vendors:  Vendors will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Kick Off party Friday night and can purchase additional tickets for booth attendants at a cost of $20 per ticket.

PLEASE NOTE:  Location of Kick Off Party TBD.  All tickets will need to be “purchased” (for $0) through a yet-to-be-determined ticketing system, and we will provide you with a code to do so, ensuring that we can track and monitor tickets.  NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE KICK OFF PARTY OR THE ACTUAL EVENT AT THE DCU CENTER WITHOUT A TICKET.  Questions?  Email us here.
